Ah today is a NO EMO day. Shall just concentrate on CROSS COUNTRY tonight because thats where the peak of my happiness came today. Er.. others only include me supposedly getting 29/30 for ss project then left 26/30.

Was quite a crazy training target today. 7 x 700m at 2min 27 sec per 700. Sticked all the way. until 6th set when Mr Lim said pls go forward to push those guys. So i decided to take the lead. On the 7th was really comfortable going into last 100 but unfortunately lost narrowly to guan lin last 30m. But still, it was a mans fight and im proud of todays training.

After training Mr Lim had a heart to heart talk with me. Certain details should not be mentioned but what i can say is Im having another shot at race this sun. MR25 5km time trial. THis is it. All in or nothing. Im gonna try super hard for this race. and hopefully do well enough to make it to team.
