today is a hard day man.. we had sprints for training... i was quite owning most of the sets..until...the fateful last set..

When Mr lim shouted go..i sprang off the start line..and off to a gd lead over ting zhang the hard... we were doing 80m sprints..for the first 60 metres i had a abt 5 metres lead over ting zhang..but then..around 75m..he started chasing.. and chasing..and like true champions..he dipped and bladdy hell won me at 80m..freak.. dam sad..but then nvm la..true champions bounce back from defeats to triumph over others..

you know i wish you to go..and i really hope you change ur mind..
